Our site visit comes first. We walk the roof and check the attic where accessible. We measure every slope, check the deck for rot, and examine existing flashing and vents. We photograph everything we find so you can see what needs attention. We use these measurements and photos to build your quote.
You receive the written document with no missing costs or unlisted items. We explain every line item and answer your questions before you sign off. We do not start work until you have this document in hand and feel completely comfortable with the scope. If the weather delays a start date, we keep you informed. Once approved, the price on that page is the price you pay.
