What we do
We tear off and replace asphalt shingle roofs to BC Building Code slope and underlay standards, adding eave protection where your home needs it. Asphalt is the most common choice on the Island because it works on almost any slope and costs less upfront than metal.
We install standing-seam and profiled metal roofing built for the Island's wet winters, with no maximum slope limit for a clean roof line. Metal costs more upfront, but it sheds rain and snow faster and typically outlasts an asphalt roof by 20 years or more.
We track down leaks, replace damaged flashing and repair storm damage, from a single missing shingle to a section blown off in a windstorm.
We inspect your roof twice a year, in spring and fall, and clear moss, debris and blocked gutters before they become a leak. Regular inspections catch small problems, like a cracked flashing seal, before they turn into a leak inside your home.
